TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read through my Terms and Conditions carefully as it is a legal binding document that you are agreeing to by paying your deposit.
DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to secure a booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This must be paid via bank transfer to the account details on the invoice attached. No bookings are held or secured without a paid and cleared deposit. If you do not pay the booking fee immediately please check back to see if the appointment is still available before paying.
PAYMENT:
The outstanding balance is due on date of service via eftpos, bank transfer or cash. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, this must be done using a bank-to-bank instant transfer method such as Osko or PAY-ID. You will have to provide an image of a receipt prior to your service being completed.
If, for whatever circumstance, payment cannot be taken at the time of your service, you will be invoiced an additional 5% late payment fee compounding daily until your payment has been paid and cleared.
WEDDING BOOKINGS:
The outstanding balance must be paid and cleared via bank transfer 14 days prior to the date of service.
If, for whatever circumstance, payment is not made by this date, you will be invoiced an additional 5% late payment fee compounding daily until your payment has been paid and cleared.
STUDIO BOOKINGS:
If you are coming to the studio and are bringing someone with you to your appointment, you are required to seek permission prior to arrival. This includes children and babies.
TRAVEL COSTS:
My travel fee does NOT include parking fees. If travelling to you, all parking fees must be reimbursed on the day of service.
RESCHEDULING:
If, for any circumstances, you need to reschedule your appointment to a new date, notice outside of 24hrs is required to transfer your deposit to the new date.
A new deposit will be required when rescheduling with less than 24hrs notice. You may also request to put a hold on your deposit and keep it as a credit which will be valid for 2 years from initial payment of deposit.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS:
A confirmation message will be sent the week prior to your appointment which you will be required to respond to.
Cancellations prior to or within 24hrs of receiving this confirmation message will allow you to use your deposit as credit for a future appointment.
Cancellations after 24hrs of receiving this message will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations within 24hrs prior to or not showing up to your appointment will result in the full amount being due.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your appointment due to being unwell or unable, I will do everything I can to find a replacement artist that is to my standard.

WEDDING CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations within 30 days of the booked date will result in the full amount being due. Cancellations within 60 days of the booked date will result in 50% of the full amount being due. Cancellations prior to 60 days of the booked date will result in your deposit being forfeited.
We are happy to reschedule your booked date one time free of charge. Any postponements after that will result in a new booking fee being due.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
You are required to disclose if you currently have any form of contagious or non-contagious skin conditions including but not limited to; coldsores, styes and conjunctivitis.
If you are showing any signs of sickness prior to your appointment, including but not limited to; common cold/flu, stomach flu, covid 19, please reschedule to a new date.
If you show up to your appointment showing signs of sickness I reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons. In this circumstance, the full amount quoted will remain due.
I will not tolerate any verbally or physically abusive behaviour. If at any point I feel unsafe due to any circumstances caused by yourself, your friends or family, I reserve the right to depart immediately. In this circumstance, no refunds will be granted.
By paying the booking fee and securing your booking date you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
